Intermediate Level Stained Glass Wrap

This is a 2-part event. Both sessions constitute the one class.

Stained glass Wrap  

2day class- Jan. 31, 6-9pm and Feb.1, 10AM-2 PM

Learn how to work with Nuno-felting (wet felting on woven silk) and make a wrap that looks like stained glass artwork. This is a 7-hour class. This is an intermediate class and you need to take a beginning class is a prerequisite. This style incorporates silk and wool so it is both light, and warm. Each wrap is customized to your taste based on a variety of available materials and colors.

Bring to class: snack/drink, 4 old bath towels, 5-gallon bucket, 4 heavy nylon knee-highs.

Min attendance 4 - Max 10

Cost $150  materials fee $50

Workshops are held at: Chehalem Youth Center 620 N. Morton street.  Newberg, OR 97132

Workshops require a $75 deposit upon registration and balance plus materials fee paid 24 hours prior to class. 

If you do not show or cancel within 48 hours you forfeit the $50 deposit.

2 weeks prior to the class, If we do not meet our minimum class allowance, we will notify you of another date or give you a option of returning your deposit. We do not want this, so tell your friends!

Special Note:

Felting is a physical art and you will be standing most of the class. You will be using your full body strength and need to understand this aspect. We have divided up some of the more demanding classes into two days but be aware that this is physically demanding ART!
