Make a wet felt ruffle scarf in 5 hours.
This Beginning class will help you see how laying out felt can make the difference in what you end up with…a ruffle!
Make a unique scarf in your favorite colors.
Bring to class: snack/drink, 4 old bath towels, 1-gallon bucket, 3 heavy nylon knee-highs.
Min attendance 3 - Max 10
Cost $110 materials fee $35
